Meet The Doctors
Dr. Mark Johnsen
Dr. Mark Johnsen was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and raised in Thousand Oaks, California. He attended U. C. Davis in northern California and following graduation he attended Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. After earning his DDS, Dr Johnsen entered into private practice in 1991 in the Palm Springs area. He and his wife, Dr. Karin Johnsen joined the Inland Dental Center team in March 2006.
As a dedicated husband and father of three, Dr. Johnsen has many interests outside of dentistry. He enjoys hunting, fishing, sports and is active in his church, Trinity Evangelical Free Church, in Redlands.

Dr. Karin Johnsen
Dr. Karin Johnsen was born in Glendale, California and raised in Redlands, California. She attended U. C. Davis in northern California and following graduation she attended Loma Linda University, School of Dentistry. After earning her DDS, Dr Johnsen entered into private practice in 1991 in the Riverside area. She and her husband, Dr. Mark Johnsen joined the Inland Dental Center team in March 2006.
As a dedicated wife and mother of three, Dr. Johnsen has many interests outside of dentistry. She enjoys teaching, learning, Bible study, playing bass, and is active in her church, Trinity Evangelical Free Church, in Redlands.

Dr. Byron Poblacion
Dr. Byron Poblacion is originally from Madera, CA. He completed his undergraduate degree at Pacific Union College in 2003. Dr. Poblacion received his DDS in 2006 from Loma Linda University School of Dentistry.
Dr. Poblacion practices exclusively in Highland, CA and focuses on restorative and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Poblacion continues to take advanced training in various aspects of general dentistry.
He is also a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Tri-County Dental Society.
Dr. Cecilia C Kao
Dr. Cecilia C Kao was raised in Northern California. She attended college in San Diego, California and following graduation she attended University of California at San Francisco. After earning her DDS degree, Dr. Kao completed a Pediatric Residency at the Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, earning her a Masters Degree in Pediatric Dentistry. Dr. Kao then entered into private practice in 2003.
As a dedicated wife and mother of one, Dr. Kao has many interests outside of specialty. She enjoys cooking, gardening and riding her dirt bike.
Dr. Jason T. Chiakowsky
Dr. Jason T. Chiakowsky is originally from Canada. He completed his undergraduate degree at Canadian University College in Canada . Dr. Chiakowky received his Orthodontics degree in 1996 from Loma Linda University.
Dr. Chiakowsky practices exclusively in Southern California and focuses on Orthodontics. Dr. Chiakowsky continues to take advanced training in various aspects of Orthodontics which includes advanced orthodontic treatments.
He is also a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, California Association of Orthodontics, Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontist, American Dental Association, California Dental Association and Tri County Dental Association, Awards include, Omicron Kappa Upsilon, Chi Chi Chapter- Dental Honor Society, G. Hartzell Clinician of the year and National Deans List.

Dr. Anthony Q. Boyd
Dr. Anthony Q. Boyd was born in Michigan. He attended Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA and following graduation he attended The Loma Linda of Dentistry. After earning his DDS degree, Dr. Boyd completed a General Practice Residency at Hospitality Dental Group in San Bernardino, CA. Dr Boyd then entered into private practice in 1998 as an owner of Inland Dental Center.
As a dedicated husband and father of three children, Dr. Boyd has many interests outside of Dentistry. He enjoys Snow Skiing, Water Skiing and Cycling.
