First Visit

waiting area at Inland Dental Center – HighlandThe first visit establishes a vital foundation for our relationship, so our goal for the initial appointment is to get to know you better. Initially, we will gather important background information about your medical and dental history along with your personal dental needs and wants.

Appropriate dental images will be taken and the doctor will perform a thorough examination assessing the current condition of all teeth and tissue. We will then discuss any findings and your treatment options so that together we can develop a customized treatment plan that is right for you.

Should you have dental benefits, please bring this information with you. Being prepared will ensure we have all the necessary information to provide the best dental care to you.

Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation and completing the online Patient Registration by clicking the tab to the left of this page.
