They are liars. I have tricare. They said my treatment would cost a very specific amount. They lied. It cost double. Then they tried to say all treatment costs are estimates. And the last time i called they hung up in my face. The people that work here are cowardly usedcarsalesmen and a special place in hell is waiting for liars that hang up in your face when you want to discuss the lie. Dont let them play you with your kids treatment. Trash.

Love love love this ortho office (and the general dentist team too)! Dr Simus absolutely has a passion for his job, and all the assistants are fantastic and they know exactly what they're doing. Front desk team and Robin (billing director? I forgot her role since I haven't needed to talk to her in months, sorry Robin!!) are wonderful as well. Did not have a single problem my whole two years of braces treatment. I even was prepared to defend my decision to ask for a removable bottom retainer instead of a permanent, and when I told Dr Simus my reasoning he was completely chill and understanding and agreed to a removable bottom with no issue. Twelve days to go until my treatment is completely done, and dare I say I might be a little sad once I no longer have to come here every 6 weeks?!

Great front staff and wonderful caring dental professionals. We are always greeted with smiles the whole time we are there. The dentist is so caring, honest, friendly, and super informative. I absolutely love how he talks to my children and me. It's awesome that he includes them in their treatment. I was so use to dentist that only talk to parents. My children trust him as much as I do. Overall this is a great dentist office. I definitely recommend coming here for your dental needs.

This dental office was referred to me by a friend. They did take insurance from SCAN. First visit I was told about some things that they needed to be referred. After calling my former dentist I was told that I didn't have the things they wanted to send me out for. Charged me 80 dollars for the visit. I only wanted my teeth cleaned. When I finally got an appointment I was asked to sign forms for some laser treatment. I was NEVER told that it was not covered under my insurance. The cost was 230 dollars for half of my mouth. I was very upset that I was charged this amount. On second visit I told them only wanted my teeth cleaned. Once again I told them I was NEVER told of the fee. I was directly told before I left that the remaining fee was waived and my account would be zero. Got two invoices from them for overdue payment..Called to inquire about the bill and all of a sudden they had selective memory about waiving the remaining fee. Said I signed forms so I owed it. Will be looking for a new dentist. DON'T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU ARE INFORMED WHAT THE PROCEDURE IS AND HOW MUCH IT COSTS. I think they are very money oriented.
