I love this dentist!! i’ve been coming here since i was younger and I now go to the adult side of the dentist. I was nervous going to the big adult one but everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I felt very comfortable with the dentist and assistant as well. Very gentle and sweet. Letting me know everything they were doing to me and answering every question I had. 10/10 every single time!!

Spoke to a lady who takes/gets information for new patients over the phone, she was very rude, impatient with all my questions! Remind you, I had two dental insurance from my husband & I work & one that wasn’t going to be effective till that month my family & I have our dental appointment I made with them. Lady was insisted for me to wait til my second dental insurance kicks in, to make appointment. I told her we already have one dental insurance they already accept & my second dental insurance would be effective by the time they see at our appointment. She seemed to be annoyed with her heavy breathing on her end, like I was asking to much! I also didn’t like that my teen couldn’t be seen with the same doctor as me nor us have the same time dental appointment, that they were two hours apart. I end up canceling my family & I and took our business somewhere else (Wellness Dental Care) in Highland. Which all staff are Fantastic & patient!
